DOG FACILITIES: We have a limited number of dog kennels, fencing, and water bowls available for guests to use for free.
PETS:
Dog friendly at no extra cost providing your dog is friendly – including inside all of our cabins. Aggressive, disruptive, or potentially dangerous dogs of any type not allowed, and especially no Restricted Breed Dogs (eg Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs).
Sorry, no cats allowed. We have sensitive birdlife who are very vulnerable to attack.
CHILDREN:
At no extra cost.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: At no cost providing you have proper beds for them.
LOCATED: Near the centre of town
ADVANCED / LONG TERM BOOKINGS: Sorry we do not take bookings more than 6 months in advance.
We are not able to allow anyone to stay for more than 30 nights.
WEDDINGS AT NO COST: We support local congregations.
If you belong to a local congregation and are celebrating a small wedding or other function that involves your local parish Church we might be ok for you to use our Park to do that.
We don’t have much in the way of facilities, you will have to deal with any liquor lisc compliance requirments or issues, CFA permissions or issues, and so on, but if we can help then please write to us with details including who is your local Vicar / Parish Priest / Pastor / Minister (and their contact details as well as your own)

CANCELLATIONS: Bookings are non-refundable less than 48 hours before day of check in. Any cancellations more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund
CHECK-IN: Check in is between 2pm and 9pm. We cannot accept arrivals after 9pm – your booking will be forfeited and the money is not refundable.
CHECKOUT: Check out time is 11am.
ID: You will be required to present valid photo ID when checking in for us to scan. If you do not have or will not present photo ID, you will not be allowed to check in and there will be no refund issued.
EXTENDED STAYS: We do not accept bookings for longer than 30 cumulative days.
LINEN: Linen is provided for all cabins. If you have booked a whole cabin or caravan, we do not charge extra for use of the single beds, but if you use the singles, you will need to make these up yourself and either request linen from our staff or bring your own.
EARLY DEPARTURES: We hope you don’t choose to leave early, but if you do, there’s no refund for unused time.
NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
TRAVEL DIRECTIONS: Stawell is located on the Western Highway between Adelaide and Melbourne. 234km (approx 2 1/2 hrs) from Melbourne Central and 493km (approx 5 1/2 hrs) from Adelaide.
Stawell Grampians Gate Caravan Park is located off the Western Hwy in the CENTRE OF STAWELL. 300mtrs south from the BP Service station and McDonalds down Seaby Street at the Crn. of Burgh Street. Stay on the Highway all the way into Stawell.
We are an excellent start or end point for the Silo Art Trail that takes you through from Rupanyup to Patchewollock.
