"Staying in an old passenger bus, beautifully renovated for accomodation. An absolute joy to wake up looking out the back window to see a flock of corellas, ducks, etc on a natural river."

"Highly recommend this holiday park. Our family of 4 stayed in one of the renovated buses. Excellent amenities, including two fridges, two heaters, a hot strong shower and premium bedding. It’s not within walking distance to the shops, but a very peaceful lakeside location."

"We were given a large unit which had two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/dining and a bunk room, deck and patio. It was like staying in a full-sized rental and was very pleasant, with nice views from the windows. Cold overnight but there was heating in the lounge and bathroom. Well-stocked kitchen, large TV,, and comfortable couch and beds. The owner very helpful about places of interest and has a sense of humour, evident in the rules. I would gladly stay here again."

"Was so nice to stay in a truly dog welcoming place with a lovely area to walk around. Highly recommended with everything thought of for a comfy dog stay. Cabin fit 3 grown teenagers and myself easily and the shower was incredible! The power thing wasn't a drama, you just switch between the washing machine and the aircon... it's all explained and simple. Was brilliant to stay in a park with free dryers too. Full marks for all the park facilities. We ate outside in one of the eating areas overlooking the lake .. really nice Thanks for an easy stay."

"Our stay in Stawell was quite lovely. Booked an ensuite site for 4 nights., Friendly welcome from 2 Irish lasses on our arrival, who informed and directed us to our site. The ensuite is dated, but clean and functional with hot water. An added bonus was the addition of fluffy white bath sheets, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. Another bonus was the free laundry facilities.
An easy walking distance to the Stawell Gift Museum, The Gift Pub and the historic buildings in town central make it a lovely place to stay."
Robyn

"The value for money at this caravan park is fantastic and the staff friendly and efficient. We stayed 5 nights with our little dog in one of the cabins and everything needed for ease and comfort was supplied. The birdlife and sunsets around the lagoon and creek so wild and peaceful. We are looking forward to coming again as it is a great stepping off place to explore the Grampians, Bunjil Shelter, Arapiles, Ararat. Stawell is a Gem."

"We stay here regularly whilst Im working in Stawell and look forward to our stays. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely easy to get along with. There's a lot of work going on around the Park to make it even better; the amenities are excellent, camp kitchens are well situated overlooking the lake and the sites are well sized. The walk through the bushland is fabulous and opens to a great dog off leash park and bike riding area for kids"
Ron
"My family of six just stayed here, and we had a great time! Firstly, the price is amazing. We took advantage of the special advertised online by booking and pre-paying. The price is what initially attracted us to this accommodation. But then, to got to stay in a bus!!! Wow, my four boys were very excited and impressed (and so was I, to be honest!). The bus was amazing! It had everything we needed; lovely fresh bedding, it was clean and tidy.
The staff here are very friendly and went out of their way to look after us and answer our every question. Finally, it is very beautiful. We opened up the curtains at the back of the bus every morning to watch the sun rising and birds playing on the water. We wish we didn't need to leave, but we plan to try to come back. Thank you for making our holiday such a restful and enjoyable experience. We are very grateful to have been able to relax at your caravan park!"
Liberty
"Beautiful park, lovely people, my only grievance is that they don’t accommodate for permanent residents, there is more than enough space to do so. Maybe the owners should give this some serious consideration, given the current housing shortage, they would do very well. This is a very nice property, great value. I would highly recommend this park."
Michael
